In 1996, Employer Solutions Group was founded on the premise that co-employment would give small businesses important services that would positively impact their productivity and their competitiveness in their market place. Having owned small businesses before, the founders of ESG understand challenges that small businesses face. With this in mind, ESG assembled a group of professionals from a broad range of disciplines: insurance, human resources, accounting, labor law, risk management, data processing administration and information technology. Having all these services available to them, a small business could now compete with big businesses that have these departments to handle important administrative details.

The founders of Employer Solution Group wanted to differentiate their company from others in the industry by maintaining the highest level of integrity. The corner stones of the ESG foundation are phrases that all ESG employees live by such as: "We take your business personal" and "What is important to you is important to us." At ESG we view your business and your employees as if they are our own. We always aim to exceed your expectations.
